To register for a WCCI event please send an etransfer and paypal to email@example.com and be sure to include your name, email, phone number and the name of the event. You will receive an email confirmation after registration is complete.
30 or more days prior to event - 75% reimbursement
14 or more days prior to the event - No refund. Registration can be transferred or credit applied to customers account.
7 days prior to the event - No refund. Registration can be transferred. No funds credited to customer accounts.
**Credits can be applied to future classes only - no refunds on credits.**
Cancellation policy is required as we pay teachers and venues two weeks prior to the event date.
